outgoing mailbox show pending mails

hi, yes it's set to send via the server. the odd thing is it only ever happens when the mails the users try to send are with attachments. the only restriction we have as far as attachments are concerned is that it should not exceed 30mb in size.

any other thoughts? many thanks!
